Hello, i have been reading alot more about this company, and i have a couple of quick questions. It does say very clearly on their website that you should not buy off the internet. is the stuff on ebay real diamond? There are tons of things for sale on ebay.

I was looking at these tweets:

and i was wondering what everyone thinks of them. I have always prefered the sound of the softer silk, but i have also read that aluminum is not harsh.

I was thinking of pairing them with some dayton aluminum mids which are also 8 ohm. I guess no matter if i run them active or passive, both the mids and the tweets will send an 8 ohm load to the amp. Oh well, i guess it will run cool. Thanks for any input!

ebay is great man, who cares what diamond says on their site. Its the same stuff, just buy from a reputable seller.

I compared these tweeters to silk ones and the sound similar at medium volumes. However, if you crank up the volume those diamonds are going to be harsh. Silk tweeters seem to attenuate all sound past 15Khz and that is why many people associate them with softer response.
