Diamond Audio D7 152

So I recently bought this amp and it has been great, best one I've had so far. But I have 2 questions I can't seem to get answered, I even emailed diamond audio but they never got back to me.

I hope someone here knows the answer. First, there are 3 led lights visible on the board, one is marked 15, the other 40 and the last one AUX. The AUX one is a no brainer, and its glowing red because its not being used. The 40 one is green, so I guess its ok. But the 15 one is yellow, so I suppose it might be some kind of warning. Maybe not, but I cant find what those lights mean because its not in the manual.

And my other question is that I hear a slight buzz from the amp when the sound is all the way down, and its not the fan. I've had no problems with the amp, everything works fine, but that buzz (its more of a low hz whine I guess) has me worried as well.

Anyone know what these things might be?
