Is it a refurb?

I bought a pdx-4.100 thats is suppose to be new off of amazon and it didnt come with a birthsheet. Also the direction/info was in a plastic bag that wasnt sealed... arent they usually like sealed? And a little bit of the plastic that was wrapped arount the actual amp was melted.

is there anyway to tell if its a refurb

yeah there no mistakin a refurb it will actually have been used before scratches, and look in used condition. And should say factory renewed on it somewhere.

All my things that I've gotten that are refurbished, usually have a sticker on it that say so
