determining port size/length for my ported box?

I am building a ported box for my single 12" kicker CVR tomorrow and need some help determining what size to use.

Here is my initial layout I'd like to use. 2 small ports on the left and right sides of the sub.

How would I find out what sizes (diameter, length, pipe thickness, etc.) to use? I will be using PVC pipe (unless there is something better/cheaper).

This box can pretty much be any size - whatever will sound best.

this is the box i'm trying to reproduce:

Thanks for the help.

2cu' @ 34hz w/ 2 4" ports.....

use the formula in my sig to find the length of the ports. for vb, use 1728.

(you divide the box volume by the number of ports your going to use. you also use the cu" not' in the formula. add the volume of the ports and sub displacement to the original 2cu' and build you box to this gross volume. any Q's...ask me.)

((also keep in mind that the ports need to stay at least 4" away from the back of the box))
