Designing cutsheets?

hahaha i built my last 2 boxes with a ryobi circular saw in the balcony of my apartment.
thats no excuse. what did lowes do for me? oh yea, cut the mdf down so i could fit it in my explorer.
Lol..I just cut parts of my last box in my bathroom and I am still picking spliters out of my ***

are you ever a non arrogant prick?
arrogant? are you kidding me

the OP said home depot and lowes employees are lazy and make up BS about company policy. i used to work at lowes and when i defend them because i had to deal with people that complained about shit like that and told him he should cut the wood himself, it makes me arrogant? hmm

ok, i worked at home depot, and the op is rright. when it came to making cuts, everyone dread it. they dont wanna cut, their lazy ****s

I only build with birch
like i said, assuming.

if you building with birch i really suggest you find a way to get someone else to cut it because the blades we used at lowes were never changed and would make the wood look like shit and chip the living hell out of it.

speak for youself. your admitting your the lazy *** at home depot. dont speak for me.

i hated cutting wood, because my lowes would schedule 1 guy for morning 1 for afternoon and so on.

you try helping 4 people all at once, when you got 1 customer that wants 30 90lb bags of concrete loaded but wont lift a hand to help you out, another wants wood loaded that requires a forklift, which in turn requires a spotter, another wants wood brought down using the forklift, and the last one wants his cabinet cut down to 1/32" leeway for error.

lazy prick

you just admitted you didnt like cuting wood...hmmm.

ya know what, im not even saying anymore because it shows how completely dumb you are.

thats the good thing about working at homedepot....I cut the wood myself. The saw is VERY accurate. They won't do many cuts but if you get in good with the lumber guys they will help you out.

my home depot just cuts the sheets down so i can fit them in the back seat of my explorer.

my advise to you is to go to a lumber yard and have them cut you the wood. i once did it and for a small ported box it was 70 bucks for the wood cut. this would be a good solution to your problem. otherwise get some wood and go somewhere like a parking lot and cut the wood yourself.
