This is the equipment i have:

Pioneer XM receive : GEXFM903XM

Pioneer Headunit: DEHP6400

I know this is a fm modulated unit but I have a IP bus connection, Should these two models work together? I've hooked them up and nothing. Click between sources and it'll switch from CD to Tuner, No xm. If this combo doens't work will the xm receiver work on my other Pioneer deck (Pioneer Premier DEHP930)

Thanks for any help you may provide.

Can you elaborate more on what you did? Or are you asking if you can connect the units through via IP Bus?

Normally the FM Modulator units are universal devices that are hardwired with any stock or aftermarket deck. There are several things to check for. Since the unit works with the tuner, you have to see if when the controller switches on, it interrupts the station that's programmed for XM reception. If it doesn't you are not getting any power to the unit. If it does power on, and you get no signal, then your XM antenna is not working.
