Deh-prs80 bluetooth

I bricked the Bluetooth on my deck 2 days after installing it. I upgraded firmware and it crashed in the middle. Ended up w error 10 so im getting a replacement. Has anyone here had luck updating and did you use the pioneer instructions. I'm worried I'm going to do it on the new one. It's basically unusable for audio with out the update. The decks sweet. First deck I've ever had with all the active crossover capabilities. Thanks for any help everyone. I'm new so if I'm in the wrong spot don't scald me to much. The only forum I'm a member of is xda.
