I have a Pioneer 80prs head unit and the volume for the radio is way lower than playing cd's or my ipod. Any thoughts or advice on how to solve this would be appreciated!
Is the signal clean? Are your connections good? Pioneer has something call sorce adjustment. It says sla ( Source level adjustment) if you go to radio and turn it up to +4 it will bring the source volume up greatly..
Can anyone shed more light on this? Does increasing the SLA do anything to create distortion in anyway, or should I set the gain with that at 0? I'm completely new to Pioneer HU's.
All connections are good. Increasing the source volume to +4 didn't do anything. Adjusting the amp won't work cause the difference in volume is at the source and its only with fm/am radio.
