Deh-P930 vs Deh-P9400MP

I've narrowed my hu choice to these two models. I really like the idea of being able to play mp3's, but I've heard a lot of negative comments about sound quality, wait time, etc. Is the 9400 worth the extra bucks?

Besides the ability to play mp3's with the 9400, aren't these units the same?

What do you guys think? All comments appreciated.

I bought the dehp 8400 mp. its yet to be installed. Prob. today. but I read up about the diffreence between the 8400 and the 840. so the same shopuld follow with the 9400 and the 940. the difference is one is premeir and one is pioneer. Premier is the same u just get a 2 year warranty when on the pioneer u get a 1 year warranty. the 9400 is the pioneer and the 940 is the premeir. also the remotes should be diffreent the 940 prob. has the steering wheel remote where the 9400 has the slim remote.

ok no the 9400 comes with the steering wheel remote just like the 940. the difference is the pre-amp volts that come off the unit. you getter volts off the h/u with the premier than with just the regular pioneer. also the difference between the 9300 and 9400 honestly nothing except maybe 1 more new face. also you can't download screens for that one yet it will take about 6 months and you can with the 9300. i have the 9300 and love it to death keep it.
