I didn't consider those who did the two channel bridged kinda thing.

Actually the ability to bandpass the low would be very helpful if I ever went subless 3way active frontstage

(HAT L8 or Dyn8) (profi 4" or HAt 4") (cal27 or cal28)

backup to the topic...what is heck is a DEH-P800PRS? I'm still waiting for a 880prs successor.....

..man I got a pair of Morel mid, and seas Neo high. a Arc amp, and Audison 65w amp for high, all waiting to go into the car....except the d4mn HU.

The DEH-P800PRS is the replacement model for the 880, but it looks almost exactly the same and from what i've read, they've just added a copper chassis and USB input. Any other ?s on it can ask 6spdcoupe as he's taken pictures at CES and posted them on DIYMA.

Are you sure its the 800prs? The CD7200 MKII added copper chassis for sure, and I wasn't able to find any info on the 800prs...

I never had any grounding issues, but the copper cage should help with grounding.. I like the knobs better, as they seem more strudy, and are crome.. Im anxtious to see what else crossover wise it will have.. Appears to be the same for the most part, minus the knobs, and usb..

I don't know about the. The ground issue is an internal fuse problem.

True, but the extra grounding ability may help.. Although ive never had that problem with pioneer decks..
