deck wont turn on but ejects cd's

so i was in my mustang today and i took of my amp wich is on the passenger side of the car so the wires were just hangiong there i turned on the battery of the car and got out of the car to grab something went back in the car shut the door and 2 of the wires tuched sending a spark wich shut of the system and it wont turn on but it will eject and take cd's and display time but wont turn on to play music....i already checked the fuses in engine area?? what should i do

check the fuse on the radio.

You blew the fuse for your ACC power, check your fuses in the fuse panel in the passenger cabin.
