Decent double din?

So my kenwood 352U is starting to take a crap ill be driving and out of nowhere itll stop playing ive had it for 3 years, and since im upgrading my system might aswell upgrAde HU as well. I want a double din something nice and 2014 looking, every head unit i see has a screen that looks like im playing a nintendo 64 game, pixelated like crap. I want something sleek and tablet looking. No navi just need usb and aux input. What are you guys running and how do you like it?
