Decent double din or good single din???

So today after breaking 2 little tabs off my 880prs where the face snaps into place trying to replace the ribbon that I have no idea how to get back on I guess im looking for a new HU...I have the room in my 350z for either a single or a double but I wanted something that at least kinda had most of the same features as my 880prs. I know a double din would be more money then a single so my budget just depends on all what i can get or that is suggested.

It really seems everything is geared toward double dins with all the bells and whistles. Unless youre buying used its hard to find a high quality single din anymore. All the single din's you can find are all the Best Buy crap...I shouldn't say that. That stuff has a place too,not everyone wants to spend 300-400.00 on a single din CD player.

I went with a JVC KW-XR610, just as a stock HU replacement because of its "variocolor" ability to match the stock dash light color. (Anything would have sounded better than stock HU)

Anyway, it's a pretty good HU for the money, (~$150) But the ergonomics are meh. I do wish I would have got the unit one step up with built in BT and a hard-wired ipod cord, and another set of pre-outs.
