my friend is selling me his 12 inch cvr 4 ohm... i got a 1.75 cubic feet box and a power acoustik lt980/2... so 560rms going to a cvr ported in a jeep cherokee... ok bump???

Too busy to look up specs., but if that CVR is dual 4 ohm and that amp is a 2 channel......cut that power in half.

You can only bridge it at 4 or 8 ohms.If the sub is dual 4 you can bridge the amp at 8 ohms and get basically half the power of the 560.

Or you could wire one voice coil per channel, but I doubt those 4 ohm ratings are anywhere near accurate.Either way you'll get anywhere from 200-350 to it.Not too bad I suppose.

And yes, it should add a good bit of bass to your music.
