but yes it is cough syrup (hence the purple color) with an additive (usually alcohol or a fine narcotic (cocaine is popular for true "gangstas")). some people grind up pain killers or codine tablets. it is the sole reason why cough syrup is locked away in glass cases now because rappers are so stupid they actually talk about this shit.

My bad, that was the rage around here for awhile since the bottles were so easy to slip in your pockets. I never touched the stuff, as far as I can tell it rots your brain faster than any other readily available chemical. A rough trip too if I recall the stories I heard.
