Deadening Doors Today.. Quick ? Pics

I am deadening the doors in my 91 DeVille today and I need to know if I should put some damplifier on the places in the picture below. Let me know what you all think.. Thanks in advance!

I personally wouldn't because it looks like ***, also if you tap on those parts, they are very ridgid. but to each his own

no.

as mentioned those areas are quite rigid, plus they don't make contact to the car when the door is closed like the gasket that runs along the door. so that area really doesn't make noise.

unless if it's a high pressure spl vehicle where the doors are slapping around from the pressure then it might help.
