Deadener

Depends on what's rattling.

If your rattle is due to something like two panels vibrating against each other...yeah, something like carpet padding could help.

But if the rattling is simply due to the pressure being applied to the panels, then you'll need a mass loading product to fix that (something that adds weight to the panel), in which case buying some deadener is about the best thing you can do.

If you wanted to go the cheapie way...Home Depot and/or Lowes sell a roofing product called Peal N Seal that you can use as a mat deadener that is very cost effective. Mixed results though...some people liked using it, some people hated it.
