Deadener Application Question

So i just ordered 12 sq ft. of the NVX sound deadener and plan on applying it to the hatch in my jeep. Thing is, the hatch isn't flat like a trunk lid, so how would i go about applying it? Just cut pieces that fit into the "holes" in the hatch. Also, anyone on here try the NVX stuff? How you like it?

seriously? just put it on. good lord the common sense in the car audio world is ridiculous.

Just clean the surface and put it on. You'll need to cut up some pieces to get into those smaller areas.
