well here's my latest box build, a dd1510 in 1.57cubes net tuned to 37hz with a 4" homemade aero (pvc pipe).....

here's the design...unfortunetly i didnt pay much attention to the mounting depth of the sub, and i later found out that the magnet would be hitting the port, so i hade mount the sub on the other side

looks nice. do you have any port noise with that 4 inch aero on low frequencies? i have the T1510's with 2 4 inch aeros and i get port noise at low frequencies.

well i havent hooked it up to an amp yet.....i was worried that it would have port noise with only a 4" aero, and being mounted so close to the port.....but right now it's hooked to my surround sound system, (to kind of break-in, until the customer comes to get it tomorrow), and right now i dont hear any port noise.....but i'm sure i will with some more power goin to it

^^^yeah the dd1508 is a great sub....i built a box for one for behind the seat in a 4dr Nissan Frontier, and that little sub gets pretty nasty.....it really surprised me
