DD Recone Question

I recently purchased a 9515 off the forums. I opened the box that was holding styrofoam a few plastic bags and the sub. I pushed down on the cone and heard a slight scratching noise so I ran to my DMM and checked the coils. It was supposed to be a dual 1. One coil reads 1.5 and the other nothing. Paypal will do nothing about this because the item was shipped and that's all they care about.

So on to the next step I guess after accepting my losses. I already e-mailed DD about getting a recone but am running short on patience. Could anyone give me an estimate on shipping it in to get reconed and whatever extras I may be able to get. Not looking for any exacts amounts, just a ballpark figure of how much more I will have to spend to be bumping again.

Any suggestions/info for me will be greatly appreciated.

I believe a recone is 100-120 and then shipping
