DD/Audioque... Acceptable CS (recone)

Yeah if it hasn't been shipped yet, and you ordered it on the 28th of last month, thats not right. Have you tried to call them and make sure that your order wasn't lost?

Well that's the thing.... I'm only able to go on what my buddy tells me... We made a little swap and he was to orrder a recone for my Hd3. He sent me a copy of the invoice that they e-mailed to him so I pretty much believe he ordered it. But there is really nothing I can do as far as DD is concerned. He says he has talked to both DD and DJ himself. I have heard stories about DD's bad/slow customer service but this is rediculous.

i never had a problem except when i moved hell they had my new address on my bill , but on shipping label my old address, i had them hold it at ups so i could get it.....least they could do for me w/o it goin back....

I waited over a month for my 1508s, also took 4 weeks for my 9918s to be reconed

i mean honestly it only took them the about a week to build my 9518g.....

im goin to guess, after gettin off the phone with them . your not gettin a recone..... blame it on the people who use konaki and wanna use dd parts in those subs,... thanks guys..... i will say if i cant get them anymore in the future ,im done with dd....... and its a shame ........

I had trouble getting recones before the whole konaki shiznit happened, I called Steve from DD he told me to send pics of my motors and 4-5 months later still haven't gotten an e-mail back what the hell is that? Well DJ has been good to me so hes getting my business from now on

i hope they move on and get over this,..... its not money theyre after tho they just dont want copies, this could be bad for business in the end , no one who can recone is gonna pay to ship there and back for a 100 part i mean i could have paid 140 and reconed both my f motors i just sold......

oh please do.....lol....... i just wanna hear others horror storys from dd service..... i can almost say this is my last dd, sad enough to say...... for the price of thise i could have got a btl18 or somethin else.......

Im the one who ordered the HDC3 Recone for Jn.... Later on ill explain that RETARDED crappy *** shit i went threw for 3 weeks about a simple recone.... I can tell you this... The communication sucks over there with the exception of a few people.... They also evidently dont take down information correctly when you order... They even had DJ looking like a fool when he called them for me.... He corrected thier errors and they still didn't get it right...

Put it to you this way... It just has shipped today... On top of that it seems like they just threw it in the shipment of HDc3's i ordered friday...

Later i will go into more detail... DD makes a awsome Sub for sure dont get me wrong,, Ill sware by them... But this dual 1 HD3 recone "softparts only" I guess, was a lil to complicated for the "representative" to understand...
