Email the seller and ask for more photo's if he refuses then dont buy it.

Ask for photos with a DMM attached ect.

i didnt start using this site til this past year. but he said i can hook it up to a dmm when i go take a look at it. so im pretty sure all is fine plus i will play it before i by it. i just have no clue what this thing is worth period.

I have no idea what he is asking but make him an offer based off your findings. And as far as finding out how much something is worth use the search function.

I found several posts on DD subs and DD motors with prices and worth.

I am pretty sure the motor and basket are in good shape if it needs a recond then you are still going to get a deal and have a really nice driver afterwards.
