pretty much sums it up. You cant go wrong with either, and it is impossible to compare them because their performance will completely depend on the acoustical environment the equipment is put in

I have used both.....When I had 4 of the lvl 4 15s runnin off of 4 SAZ 1500s and then I switched the subs out with the nightshades.....no tweeking of the amps. I left everything how it was set on the lvl 4 subs I gained 3 DB just by changing out the subs. So I would go with Sundown IMO

IMHO DC is a little too expensive for my taste. Im not saying their product sucks cuz obviously it doesn't, it's just too expensive for me.

they are priced very fairly imo...what does a 18 nightshade sell for, new that is?

im kind of partial to dc, but have ran sundown in the past...both are great, with top notch customer service...
