I live 2 blocks from you, and still have not had heard your set up.

What's the deal with that? I'm back home right now and I'm going to U of I for the EIU vs. UofI hockey game tomorrow but maybe sometime next week if it's nice out you can come by and hear it. It's still not broken in yet but I'm liking the lv4xl so far.

Please excuse the messy wiring. I didn't feel like re-wiring everything when I changed how my amps were mounted. I'll probably clean everything up when I go home for spring break.

I like it alot. It definitely could use more power though. It sounds as good as my BL that was in pretty much the same box and it's much louder than the BL, especially on the lows....but I'm also sending the lv4xl 500 more watts. The XL sounds so much deeper and kills the lows compared to the BL.

Thanks. When I decided to ditch my 10'' BL I was looking into these, the HDC3, or the 9510g. But the lv4xl is over an inch shorter than the hdc3 and the 9510 so that was a no brainer in my situation. I'm glad I went this route though...I'm likeing it more and more as it breaks in.

So what did you weld the blow thru panel back in? Why did you get rid of the blow thru!
