Does anybody know when these should be available? I really want to upgrade from the level 5s and ive considered wardens but i hate to change from dc since ive had nothing but great results from them.

lol... yea i figured that and i know this question has been asked hundreds of times just seeing if anybody had heard anything since its been talked about for a few months now and i know theres a few out there already..

Yea that's what I thought.. I know I've seen the guy on here with the 18 in a trunk and another guy can't remeber if it was a 18 or 15

Not sure what your plans are. IA is solid and I wouldn't hesitate going with them. Why wait for something that may or may not deliver?

my plans are to get louder lol...i dont doubt the quality of the warden at all and its probably the option ill go with instead of waiting for the level 6 ive just been very satisfied with dc and hate to go elsewhere but im sure IA wont disapoint

Well no offense, but if you think that dropping another driver in will yield you superior results you should reevaluate. Tweaking your install will get you way further than getting sucked into dropping several hundred on another driver. Change the size and tuning of your sub box, add some damping, play with box location, add more power and better electrical to back things up. That will get you louder - not a different driver.

Heck, if we can achieve 150's with a $40 cheapo sub that should tell you it's not the sub.

guess i forgot to mention the stetsom 14k2e will be ordered next week.. im well aware it takes way more than a different driver to acheive higher #s. which ever sub i choose will also be 18s instead of 15s so that should help some..

Just waiting for the baskets to be done being machined and they should be released shortly after. The sub will be one hell of daily beast.

but while we are on the subject of changing up the enclosure.. assuming i do go through w/ the 2 wardens (18s) what should I tune the box to? It will be subs up port back(havent decided on aeros or slot) in a 4runner and i want it to put up decent numbers but still play music as well. this will be my first go at 18s ive always stuck with 12s and 15s so im wondering what the difference is.
