DC level 4 with level 5 upgrade in sealed enclosure, who has done it?

well then your best bet would be to find a sub that's designed best for a sealed enclosure. the level 4's may get loud but they are designed for a ported enclosure. you can save yourself some money by finding a sub that's more geared to sealed applications

What are you max dimensional limits? I would drop down in sub size and go ported myself.

I would do that and go with a smaller sub maybe an SA-8 but the box is already built. Bcae1 and the DC website both says it will work in either though I'm sure it does shine in ported. The original idea was to run my flatlyne in it but I wanted to try another sub and brand geared more towards loud than sq. I wanted to buy decent equipment though, else I would have ordered a bsos sub off of eBay.

Anyone have any other recommendations for different subs before I order? One 12" that can get loud in a sealed enclosure? I have an AP15001D so 600 @ 4, 950 @ 2, and 1500 @ 1.
