Nope, I've asked many questions about it after I got it.. Im trying to trade it for something that is d4 that can handle 700-800rms or 2 4ohmdvc woofers that can handle 1000+ watts rms together or a d2 that can handle 1000+ rms..

Thanks, I do like the woofer. But I made the mistake of buying 2ohm voice coils instead of 4ohm..

I wish I could wire it down to 1 ohm and run my aq1200 at its max potential but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hold up as a daily driver with a sturdy ported box, and gain sets with multi-meter!

I would try it before i sold it. You will smell it before you cook it.. With impedance rise that sub will only see 6-800 watts..Do it! ..

will you buy it if i blow it haha! any idea if I actually did blow it, how much it would be to rebuild it back to its original shape or to beef it up?

If you have ever re-coned a woofer before, the new cone/coil will be about $100 direct from RE maybe less since it is a 4 layer VC.. , If you wanted to BEEF it up, Talk to David @ Fixmyspeaker.com , he is also on CACO forum. If you have not done a recone job, there has to be someone close to you that has done one.
