Gonna disagree on the small enclosure thing for dc subs in the many test I did with a dc level 4-18 it got louder and louder the larger the enclosure it loved 6 cubes. And it was doing 49's on music meca style truck off at 42hz box tuned 32hz.I don't know why you would want to tune that high but yes DC subs are designed and built to perform in smaller enclosures with decent port area......I have a local customer that has a Tahoe...I built him a 6.7 cube net enclosure for a pair of DC Audio lvl 4 15s tuned to 34hz..........We took it to a Meca event in Knoxville and he done a 147 @ the headrest on music with a Soundstream Rubicon 2500 on the pair of subs........
While DC can work in smaller enclosures, they typically do not offer maximum performance in those enclosures.Gonna disagree on the small enclosure thing for dc subs in the many test I did with a dc level 4-18 it got louder and louder the larger the enclosure it loved 6 cubes.
