Just got off the phone with him. He said hes gonna get on here and straighten things out. He didnt know that the packages werent moving because no one called him to let him know. He said to be patient and everyone will get their things. Im not stickin up for him, just relaying what he told me.

i've been in this as well since march of this year just FYI.

i requested a refund about a month and a half ago with alex and still nothing.

what was a seemingly isolated incident has grown.

My old MSc supervisor used to say this all the time: "once is a fluke, twice is a pattern". More often than not, it's true.

I posted that on RoE at the beginning of the TCAB disaster, and was promptly e-thugged by his friends who claimed that he was "stand up" as well. Probably will happen to me here (I frankly don't care), but the similarities are definitely there.

I just hope that Alex rectifies all this sooner than later.
