Db level and hertz?

Ok I fixed my amp and everything is working fine but on the db level on the amp I changed it to the highest (6db) is that good? Or shall I make it lower? Also how many hertz should I leave the amp on? 80 or 320 hz?

Btw this is wired up at 8 ohms even though The amp supports 600rms at 4 ohms, my subs are 300 rms each so am I actually getting 600rms? Or will i need to change my subs to 4 ohms?

You'll need to wire down to 4 ohm to get all 600 watts. I don't see how you could if you're at 8 ohms though because a dual 4 will go to 2 and 8, dual 2 is 4 and 1, and then single coils are pretty easy. You should set your LPF right around 80 hz and turn the "db" level all the way down, that's your bass boost and you don't want to touch that.

Ok I have Turned the db level down to 0 but I was just wondering why I can't put the db level up? Will it make my am blow up?

Also can I set the hz to 320 because on my head unit it's set to 80hz so I can adjust it from my head unit?

Also I looked at the 4 ohm wirig diagram and I was just wonderig if I need to get a new bridged wire (the green one from the diagram below) or can I just use the same positive and negative wire as the green one that I would normally use to connect the sub to the amp?
