yup there was alot of sandbagging going on too lol that i know. if you watch not too many people threw it all out there. now i just gotta get ready for next weekend lol. tracey is authentically one of the nicest people i have met at those shows when you are a manufacturer they have ALOT to do and he still found time to shoot the sh!t. just a little uneasy over the main situation of how i met him (raffle for greg welch) i carried a monster 2400 and a camera with stuffed pockets lol for about a half mile and got razzed at the front gate for it a bit. to me the scores are great but meeting the different people makes it worth while. when you get into it more (not saying you arent this is ment more for the people who wonder about competing) you will get into your own groups and becomes a party lol. not too many of my trophy pics turned out because of the funky lighting but for the most part they turned out. about the battery amp thing i dunno i was always under the impression you couldnt run more than 1 battery in street max 1-2 (i was considering on doing that class myself still might) just seems strange you would make them look like an amp.. but i have no idea about that call as i just found out from reading this.

SM1-2 you can only have 1 batt....3-4 you can have 2 batts IIRC.

If it's in Ohio I may consider making the trip next year...it's not too far for me.

The 'batteries' that Christoph had in his amps were not conventional batteries...they were little cells that he had under the cap in his amp for the built in ANL fuses from what I've been told. He was told he can either remove them, or get a DQ. He was also DQ'ed from European SBN for having wood under his headliner.

A bunch of people were saying that Cleveland blows compared to nashville... oh well, It's about the same drive for me either way. The best part was DEFINATELY meeting a bunch of cool people. 2nd was stand between the vans during deathmatch.... that was just.... awesome...

nashville has a better lay out for travel and has Demo's restraunt lol (that place is the bomb) i wont get to go to meca finals though but i know at least 2 very heavy hitters going to that one in x classes. i have about 86 photos and 14 vids 4 of which i cant put up here i know for sure lmao xxx

Noah I heard the judge made Christoph take the batteries out....
I heard about Team Loud, sucks what happened, those guys are really cool guys.

Another thing i noticed about christoph's car was that he had a capacitor.....

Now, i know some guys may still use em, but he only had a few dinky 8 gauge wires coming off of it. So I think he had some other things INSIDE the cap.

Team Loud is an awesome group of guys. I talked to them at the competitor party and they are just so laid back and cool. It really blows what happened to em. But what i still don't get is that they managed to do a 175.1 in deathmatch, but the SPL run was messed up? Seriously though, they ARE doing a 180 as noah said. alot of the db cars are ghetto lol but only because they are trailered. most spl vehicles dont look as good as scotties or norris's. hell 1/3 of them dont even put the equipment in until they are at the show especially the woofers. i have a ton of pics but they are about 28 kb too big each to post . anyone go to the party at the shareton on friday?
