Dazed and confused, amp install help PLEASE!!!

I can manage to run a multi-billion dollar chemical manufacturing unit daily, but installing this amp is kill in' me. I have an 06 Titan equipped with the Rockford premium sound w/ nav. The OEM h/u runs through an OEM amp then to 10 OEM speakers. I was wanting to install an ALPINE MRX-V70 5-channel amp without using any of the amps RCA inputs except for the subs. The subs, two JL 10's are currently being driven by the Alpine. The input I used for the subs was the speaker level signal to the removed OEM sub under the driver's seat using a LOC.

The MRX-V70 has a 4-channel SPEAKER LEVEL INPUT capability and came equipped with an 8 wire harness to accommodate this capability. My question, which has been asked before with mixed results, is:, do I get my signal to my Alpine from between the OEM H/U and OEM amp OR after the OEM amp? Thanks in advance. Any advice helps.

I say before the amp as you wouldn't want to amp another amp signal.
