I watched the first ten laps or so, and the last ten...

NASCAR has changed its image way too much in the last several years. Apparently, it's decided to shed its roots of good-'ol-boy, down-home country folk tearin' *** on Sundays with plenty of hollerin' going about. Always got a kick out of watching that, at least it was entertaining.

But just like TNN has become Spike TV, the Winston Cup is now the...Nextel Cup. I watched it the whole **** thing. Well I was in and out of sleep through it,lol! I picked Ryan Newman to win it from the start, but wanted young gun Carl Edwards to take it all. Well that didnt last long, lol! Was funny to see him ride on top of that one car for half a lap though.

I agree that nascar isnt the same as what it used to be. I miss the ole days when they didnt have so many **** rules. But shit always has to change. I wont watch much more. I just like the daytona race. I may keep up on there stats to see how my 2 guys I like are doing.

Cant wait till baseball starts.
