Dayton subs

I'm looking to get some new subs & stumbled across these DSQ subs from Dayton. Here's a link http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=295-500 but basically they're 12's with 350w rms and 500 max, but the thing that caught my eye was an Xmax of 18mm. That's pretty impressive, considering I would be buying a pair of them. I have a JBL 600.1 and I'd like to plop them in a nice big ported box and make em pound. Just wondering, anyone here heard of them?

why not keep youre SEs? im sure that they are better. if you cant power both fully then just keep 1.

I know...I'm just one of those people that doesn't want to keep their subs for that long cuz they always want to try out different ones. And I like getting subs that pound like hell and my friends ask what kind they are, and after I tell them they're like huh?? But I know what you mean.

honestly i wouldnt care what anybody says. i preorder me 2 eDK drivers and im goin to see if i like them my friends ask me what kind are ya gettin and im reply with elemental designs and they r like huh but i always tell them that i dont care if they heard of them im getting them cuz everyone told me that would be the best way to go and if they sound good then we will be seeing who is saying huh lol. they will be asking me where they can get some lol
