Dayton 15 and amp on CL

A guy is selling a 15'' Dayton Titanic MKIII and Dayton HPSA1000 Plate amplifier for $325 on CL. I have heard good things about Dayton gear but I don't know anything about them. I also know nothing about a plate amplifier. Anyone have any experience with this stuff and is this a good deal?

The F2ck you talking about, Im talking about in used condition the sub goes for around $60-$100shipped, I use to have one, sold it on here, then bought it back, and sold it again..I have used it in home and car applications...

Also I know what a plate amp is.lol
