I have only one rca plug in my head unit and 2 ma audio amps the 480i (highs) has 2 inputs and the 680i (subs) has 1 input and 1 output. Could i go from the HU to the 680i's input then from the output to the other amp?

When I amp my door speakers how do I do it? Do i just run the rca to the amp then new speaker wire to the speakers and if so, what do i do with the wire coming out of the HU?

put some electrical tape over the ends of the HU wire. Yes, RCA to amp, and wire from amp to speakers.

As long as the output is a fullpass, you can use the output to connect to the other amp.

its says on the amp its a low output and on the other amp its 2 low inputs so will that work?

"low input" just means the rca's. High level input is speaker level input.
