i did the NTFS, and i talked to my friend. he said after i install of SP2, go to the hardware settings and partition the extra unallocated space through windows itself, not the cd.

i got a 40 gig hard drive and only have 37gigs. they round the d@am things up. but thats a long ways from 250. i didnt even know they made that big of a drive.

ive seen 800GB HD...I never even got CLOSE to filling my old 40GB...now I have no idea how I could ever fill my 80GB (but why would I fill it anyways?)

but umm im usin this hd for movies! need all the space i can get.

I'm using about 75 gigs right now...you'd be amazed how fast hard drive space goes when you've got music, videos, and games on a comp.

lucky... i had a maxtor 200 gig crap on me within 4 months, RMAed that thing and maxtor sent a brand new one back, which died in 6 months //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif ive also got a 60 gig that is dead after ~1yr
