ha actually if one thing is wrong on ticket you can fight it and win can be address eye color date time hair color weight etc lol i actually got out of a parking ticket because he put it was 4 hours later than what it was and he said he had so many cars to do that night that he wouldnt be able to get them done in time if he didnt do it that way lmao

completely different.. Time is different because you can say you were so and so at that time and have witnesses and there was no way you commited said offense.. also when do they ever write down hair color weight?? small things on the ticket are fine..

Time of day is the dispute in this ticket as well. The OP could simply go in with witnesses that say he was somewhere else at 9am, because he obviously was.

I agree I dont think they ever write down eye color etc, isn't that why this info is already on your D/L?

yea but the state patrol just scans your D/L now so that stuff is on there....ive had 2 in last year and it was all on there...maybe to prove its you incase you go into court and say it wasnt you they can read ticket and license and look at you and call you retard? idk i just know it was on my speeding parking and passing in no passing tickets...maybe its just Iowa
