Looked at the old court receipt from the clerk for my ticket, it said "Noise Ordinance Violation". It was from the City of Sheffield in Colbert County, AL.

Fine: 300

CC: 82

Total: $382

Maybe "Amplified Sound" tickets are cheaper.....................good luck.

LOL, you've obviously never gotten a ticket from a TN State Trooper. The last speeding ticket i got from one for 67MPH in a 55MPH zone was over $200.

i've gotten a speeding ticket of doing 42 in a 30 and had it cost around 330 from what the city cop told me. he cut me a deal since it was my first ticket and i ended up paying about 150 after traffic school. yes the speeding difference is pretty much the same but it's a coincidence. i learned my lesson, slow down. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

nope!

i've even been in a fender bender.

when i bought my civic(second car) i went with progressive for my first 6 months paying about 1200 for the 6 months. i immediately switched to geico and was paying about 160 at first each month on a 6month plan. now i pay 105 a month for the exact same full coverage insurance plan i had when i initially bought my civic.

Then again, I on top of it, had a $222 ticket for 36 in a 25 school zone

sucks. my 62 in a 45 was only $100.

i got a 2 noise tickets in Cleveland, OH and it was $375 3 years ago both were after leaving car shows in a park and a bunch of people got various tickets, loud music tickets cost more than speeding in a school zone

Wow, when i got my 71 in a 55 and then my 39 in a 25 in less than 8 hours by the same cop i went to court and they dropped the 71 and i had to pay $157 total, thats court costs on both and the fines for the 39 in a 25. Good luck.

He caught me while I was still goin tho, good thing he didn't clock me when I topped out at 135 rofl...

Funny thing was what the cop said to me. This is totally true as well. First words outta the cops mouth was, and I quote, "Son... are you ****in' stupid?"

I said yeah, and then he moved it down to a 70 in a 60 cuz we had a nice long "talk" One of those good bonding moments. Then I just paid double the fee and got it removed from my record. Caught a HUGE ****ing break on that deal.
