yes yet, another poll

went to the car audio shop today to price some sh*t out.

i can get ahold of a jl 12w6v2 w/ a ported box for 479$

orrr

AA ava12.

i would've gone w/ the ava15 over both, but i have no room in my trunk none-the-less.

i just called AA to make an order about 10 min ago, but no answer...so i figure i would come on here to get one last opinion.

the specs on the ava seem to be more favoring over the w6...

will be going in a 2.5^3 @ 30hz

looking at spec sheets, the ava seems to be in favor in alot more areas of criteria over the JL.

but im sure you have a logical explanation

it was my 1st time seeing a w6 outside of the box, and i must say they are solid subs. ive never favored JL but, seeing one play swayed my opinion.

i am in no way satisfied how w3's play tho, i must say.

specs dont mean everything. and 2nd/3rd opinions are always helpful.

im calling AA as we speak to place an order.

I voted for the avalanche because of T/S parameters alone, but I will say that neither will disappoint you in any regards. JL makes a killer product, the main beef everyone on this forum has with them is that they are so freakin expensive and will not allow their products to be sold on the web for a much cheaper price.
