Daily HU with flare, suggestions?

I'm pricing and researching a total overhaul of the current system from hell in my Tahoe.

Starting with the HU : It's currently running a Sirius HU with no CD, but usb/ipod inputs. It's does ok for what it is but I'm looking for something for daily use and not Sirius as I don't use it anymore.

Requirements:

-USB / iPod-iPhone inputs

-CD Mp3

-playlist management (I don't want to go track by track on my usb/ipod) or at least sort by album / artist.

Options:

- Single din or Double din doesn't matter

- touch screen (ddin obviously) would be amazing

- EQ management and ability to turn loudness OFF

Price:

CHEAP! no but seriously something mid range for daily use. I'm not competing or anything, just hobby based.

Look for any eclipse, or alpine double dins. The IVA-W200 is a great unit, and can be had for about $350 used.
