This is my first ported box. I've built several bandpass and many sealed ones. Decided to try something different. Plans came from the Diamond website for the 12" D6. I used titebond 3 and 1.5" brands to hold everything together. Clear silicon to seal it up. Feeding it 800rms. Seems to like that well enough, on to the pics.

Thanks for the comments. The port is super long, 2x12.5x43. The box is pretty small itself. Fb=40hz F3=33hz The wood is 3/4 stuff I got at a local store. I got 2ftx4ft sheets because I was handeling it by myself, and I get terrible cuts on huge 4ftx8ft sheets. It is way louder than sealed. Especially around 50-60hz. It gets low to. Midbass has gone away, so I need to add some small woofers. But I like it.
