D4s jp95 sub output burnt out.

Sorry about the late reply. I didn't get any notification letting me know there were responses. I decided to contact d4s today. I got a reply same day but I was told I was out of warranty. I bought it 7/18/22.
It happen on 6/24/23 and I made the post on 6/27/23. I will show them this post.

After I replied to d4s and send them a link to this chat proving that it happen within the warranty period, I never heard back from them.
I double check the features of the jp95 and it was suppose protect from speaker short. After not hearing back from them I decide to open it up.

I stated exactly what happened to the amp on this forum and to the email to d4s. Warranty did not cross my mind when it burnt out.
Weeks later when I did contact them on July 22 I was told my Warranty expired already. My Warranty expired July 18, I was 4 days too late.
I pointed out that I created this post almost a month ago proving it blew within the Warranty period. I was told that they are not affiliated with this site.
I went through something a little similar recently. I bought a product that cost me over $1,800. They were couple holes that were not drilled and was missing the nut insert. The company tried to get in touch with the manufacturer so they could replace the defective part, but they did not hear back from the manufacturer. They ended up sending me another whole new unit for free. WOW that is customer service.
