I sold this guy on ebay my T400.2 for 135 shipped it had a couple scuffs not gouges or scratches labeled in the add used 9/10 cosmetics and it WAS 100% function but prolly not now he sends a message then files a claim saying its a scratched up and it doesn't work it's making a horrible screeching sound so I send a message hows it hooked up this is what I get!

I have amp hooked to 2 6x9's & 2 5 1/4 speakers. Also I have 4 gushed power wire going into positive input & 4 gushed ground to negative input & remote wire going into remote on input of amplifier. I have been installing car audio for 20 years. Eight of those years at Rex TV and appliance.

I have the feeling I'm getting d!cked here I'm calling ebay in the morning I have in his writing he's wired it wrong from the start!

Online transactions from buyers and sellers are always going to have uncertainty. Best thing to do is as a seller is take a picture (or movie) of the stuff working (with a magazine in the clip to verify the date). Do it before you post it on eBay or otherwise its hard to prove it was working when you shipped it. And if there is a problem you can blame the postal service or dumb ***** who wire it wrong.

There have been lots of things I have purchased online that came in broken because USP or USPS is completely worthless.

That's why you take a vid or something of it working prior to sending it out...but you don't post the video in the ad. That way if they try to scam you you can call them out.

yep i always take video of audio working with date right before i ship. gotta watch also on ebay some people may have that same amp thats broken then buy yours and send you their broken one and get yours for the cost of shipping you their bad amp. write down the sn of your stuff and put it in the video as well.

The thing is this is the SECOND time I've had problems with scammers and amps on ebay, the first guy sent a fake tracking number saying it was doa and being returned after I reported him to paypal they found in my favor and he's no longer on ebay the thing is in the add I posted returns ONLY accepted with receipt from local audio dealer for install!! and I posted that just because of this type of ***** hopefully paypal looks at what he wrote and realizes he broke the return agreement the second he grabbed a screw driver and ran out the door amp in hand, from now on it's local on electronics only!

Filed an appeal, still lost. Ebay is a joke for sellers any more, I gave up selling having done it for 10 years because of all the changes that screw the seller.

The other thing is I ended the auction early for this @sshole then he doens't pay till sunday night then sends me a message stating he would like it to arrive wed or thur at the latest and I shipped the d@mn thing free and got it there when he wanted! and now I'm holding his f*cking hand trying to walk him through hooking this up without starting a fire! while I listen to him b!tch about a couple scuffs if I where him I would be more worried about the smoke after the sounds of his install!

besides ebay and paypal fee's take a little here and a little there, eventually grabbing a big sum of your earned cash. ebay is only good for buying

god yea I think the last thing I posted showed for this month I'm like 50.00 in the hole in fees and I only sold 10 things totaling around 500.00 so there getting around a tenth of what I got.

You should have called today, aren't they on PST? I sold the Memphis 4 channel I have here on ebay and the guy can't pay with paypal and is suppose to send me a money order....we'll see what happens, but I think I'm going to have to relist it.

well he's says he's mailing it back tomorrow so we will see what kind of damage this f*ck hole did and I will call pp tomorrow to see if anything can be done if he did screw it up his big claim is I've sold amps here on ebay but could not answer a simple checklist of things for his install crap any of us mumble in our sleep if you built it and know what your doing you can answer any question I ask about your system!
