D.I.Y. 15" Subwoofer Enclosure

Ok, welllll tomarrow i have big plans on beginning my first enclosure build. So if anyone has any opinions, everything is appreciated. So far for supplys i will be using MDF, some gorilla glue, and some sheet rock screws, and some spray in sealer of some kind. I am in search of some demensions despritely. I an currently running 2 15" pg tantrum series woofers. I am looking to build a 1 15" ported woofer enclosure. Currently i have a **** dresser in the trunk of my tiburon. Imlooking to dump the huge box, and just run a single woofer in a ported box .

Soo...

Does anyone have demensions to build a 1 15" ported box?

Or...

Is there any way to port my currently s/nealed box, withr out making it sound like crap?
