haha....i seem to have run into some 6g's ...... which I intent on spending purely on my car system.....

I am 100% for sound quality...

Go MB quart com ponents ansd crossfire amps. Speaking of amps sence u got 6 G's to blow on car audio wanna buy me a new amp man? maybe another 12"

I really like my setup for SQ. The Xtant amps are unbelievable raw clean power IMO. I have heard good things about Zapco amps as well. They are also very expensive. I really like the W7, but I do not know if they were worth the money I paid for them. On the other the hand they get the job done for me very well. They are very loud and sound excellent IMO. I have never heard any of the focal stuff so I can't offer my opinion on it. One thing I would stress though is if you want an SQ setup go with nothing, but Eclipse head units. They sound awesome. Well worth the money you spend on them and you can not go wrong if you want SQ. I like Boston speakers as well. I wish I had could have kick panels, but I just can't get them right now. At anyrate yeh that stuff should all be in your price range. You could probably get alot louder of a system for the money, but I really like how all my stuff soudns and if it were any louder I'd be deaf within a month of having it instead of maybe a year

The focals are good but IMO they are overpriced for what you get. I would look at ID Max's before the Focals. I like MB Quarts, but some people seem to think they are too bright, infinity Perfects also makes nice mids and highs.

Whats tha dilly man? i could supa use another 12" ma audio sub. Its only 100 out of ur 6,000. Thats all i'd need. I can gte a new box for 2 12" subs and i am supposed to get a new amp soon. And i forgot about infinity and diamond. I have only ehard MB's and infinities but hey the diamonds come well recommended.

I would have to agree. I found the Focal components a little bright as well. If you want pure sound quality, have a gander at some horn loaded compression drivers along with some 8" midbass drivers in kick panels. For a HU I would suggest you take a look at Macintosh, Eclipse, older Sony ES.
