cvx vs L7 vs cvr

you know what you do. get an l7 and a cvx. then make a 2 chamber box. have the ported chamber for the l7 and the sealed chamber for the cvx.

its a legitamate strategy

yes a f150 i am going to get a custom box built ported that is to fit in place of the rear console i have a king ranch with bucket seats and then down the road i am going to get 2 more 12's to put in one of the seats and i figured if i put the 2nd set of 12's in a sealed box then i would have a good mix of spl and sq

if you put 2 cvx's in a sealed box and give em' 1500 watts, it'll be loud as hell and sound decent. the same aplication ported, they will have a little less sq. two l7's sealed a lil less, ported less...

i've ran the cvx's and the l7's and the cvx's ported and sealed, l7's ported, and the best sounding and loudest imo was the cvx's ported. i may be wrong but i don't think those subs are right for a bandpass application.
