Cutsom box help

I'm kinda in a Jam, I saw a Lighting Audio 10" sub today and decied to get it, the on'y problem is I'm in a band and I have to put my guitar cab in my trunk so theres no room for a box, so I was thinking that I could put it where the spare tire goes but I would have no idea how to do it.

Either fiberglass the spare tire well, or just build a box that will fit down in there and make the top round with a couple handles in it. to place it down there and pick it up.
