Here's a thought, just a random thought, have you tried......the manufactors' website? Or the user manual? Just tryin to help.

Its a square... Not hard.

it is square, but with rounded corners.....i need the radius of the rounded corners, and i couldnt find that on kickers site

Can you take a measuring tape to the sub? Or maybe cut the square and then take a round file to the corners until it fits?

You need a 9.5" x 9.5" cut-out with 1.35"(34.3mm) corner radius.
