Now I don't think I wouldv'e posted an internal situation like that here. What's the point? You already know you're right, as it's entirely up to you to set your prices. You shouldn't need the confirmation from other dudes on here ... they'll confirm your prices & policies for you, by either paying, or not.

No, noone has purchased a 3500D refurb from us in a couple weeks, we sold alot of smaller amps yesterday with the sale going on. So I don't have any idea who Jacob was dealing with. Noone called here and tried to get something for free, I think they know better after seeing my assholish posts all over the internet. I admittedly am not the the nicest guy to deal with, Jacob is....

Simply venting a bit about the situation and make sure that I didn't miss something in this conversation that may have set this guy off... I do my best to handle people fairly and I want to be sure I am doing so - I think it's good to get some outside input on a situation from time to time.

Nobody will know who it is unless he wants to say so himself.
